How we started
From humble beginnings to building a thriving landscape company, Victor Guzman turned hard work, vision, and determination into the foundation of Oak Ridge Landscaping & Construction. Growing up with many challenges, Victor always dreamed of creating a better future for himself and his family. That dream eventually inspired the creation of his own business, starting with nothing more than passion, perseverance, and a borrowed lawn mower.
What began as a small lawn care service grew steadily through Victor’s dedication to quality and his commitment to serving clients with excellence. In 2012, he officially founded Guzman Lawn Care and Landscaping, LLC, a company built on trust, craftsmanship, and strong client relationships.
In 2019, the company evolved into Oak Ridge Landscaping & Construction, LLC, reflecting its expanded services and growing vision. With the addition of Jeff Ketchum as Vice President, bringing over 35 years of industry experience, Oak Ridge strengthened its leadership and broadened its capabilities.
